CDRI Islamabad: The CDRI laboratories are housed in the central laboratory complex of NARC consisting of five well-equipped labs, viz. Fungal Pathology, Plant Virology, Plant Bacteriology, Plant Nematology and Aflatoxin Bio-Control. The Institute has support from central greenhouse unit and field area in addition to its own permanent field area of 2.5 acres.

CDRI Murree: The CDRI station at Murree comprises of two laboratories, growth room and a greenhouse which is primarily taking care of cereal rust research.
