“Operation & Routine Maintenance of H.V.A.C. Plant installed

At P.A.R.C. HQs. Building, Islamabad”

Sealed bids are invited for “Operation & Routine Maintenance of H.V.A.C. Plant installed at P.A.R.C. Headquarter Building, Sector G-5/1, Islamabad.Tender documents can be purchased from the Office of the undersigned, on any working day during office hours at the cost of Rs.1,500/- (Non-refundable).Tenders will be issued to the firms who can produce documentary proof of their past experience for satisfactory provision of such services for at least three years and have registration with Income Tax /Sales Tax department.

 

Bidders are desired to submit bid along-with Rs.75,000/- as Earnest Money, in shape of Bank draft, Pay Order or Call-at-deposit, in favour of Pakistan Agricultural Research Council, Islamabad.Tenders will be received on 04-04-2023 at 11.00 A.M. in the office of undersigned and will be opened on same day at 11.30. A.M. on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend, at the same address. No tender would be issued on the day of tender opening.

 

PARC reserves its right to reject all or accept any tender after assigning reasons, thereof.
