TENDER NOTICE
Subject: Purchase of Stationery, Computer, Electric, Hardware, Sanitary and Other Miscellaneous Store Items against Annual Running Rate Contract Basis for the Year-2024-2025.

Pakistan Agricultural Research Council, Islamabad, invites sealed bids for supply of stationery, computer, electric, hardware, sanitary and other miscellaneous store items on annual approved rate basis (item wise) for the year-2024-2025 (ending on 30th June, 2025) from Stationers, Stockist and General Order Suppliers from Islamabad/Rawalpindi duly registered with Sales/Income Tax/NTN Departments and maintaining shops, stocks of items mentioned in tender documents as and when required basis. The items will be supplied on free delivery basis to PARC/NARC, Islamabad.

02. The tender documents along with list (details) of items can be obtained from Assistant Director (Logistics) PARC, Headquarters, Islamabad Room No.003 on any working day (Monday to Friday) against payment of Rs.2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand and Five Hundred only) Non- Refundable in shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of Pakistan Agricultural Research Council, Islamabad. Tender will be received up to 04th September, 2024 till 10:30AM and will be opened at 11.00 AM on the same day at PARC, Headquarters Building, Islamabad in the presence of bidders who wish to attend tender opening meeting. The bid Security Fee of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Thousand only) in shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of Pakistan Agricultural Research Council, Islamabad must be submitted along with the offer otherwise, bid will not be accepted. All the supplies are subject to levy of Government taxes as per Government Rules unless an exemption certificate is provided from the Income Tax Department.

03. PARC may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid and proposal as per provision of PPRA, Rules. However, PARC shall upon request communicate to any supplier and contractor who submitted a bid or proposal the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals but is not required to justify those grounds.
