RE-INVITATION OF BIDS

The Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC), Islamabad re-invites unconditional sealed bids from well reputed and having relevant experience Architectural & Engineering (A&E) Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the followings:

“Consultancy Services regarding design/feasibility study for conversion of existing transparent polycarbonate sheets structure of photoperiod chambers into properly heat/light insulated & air tight facility with appropriate materials along with provision of HVAC system in Glasshouse & Photoperiod Chambers at National Sugar & Horticulture Research Institute, Thatta (Sindh)”

A Complete set of TOR document may be obtained by interested eligible bidders duly registered with income tax department, holders of certificate of registration and having no litigation with any department on submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.1000/- only. Bidders may acquire the bidding document from the office of the Director (Work), Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC), Islamabad&Director General SARC, Old Block 9 & 10, University Campus, Karachi on any working day (Monday to Friday). No tender would be issued on the day of tender opening.

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in amount of 2% of the Bid cost in the form of Pay Order of Bank draft in the favor of Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) Islamabad and must delivered in the office of Director (Works), Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC)20-Attaturk Avenue, Sector G-5/1, Islamabad, on or before 1100 hour on 18-04-2023. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend, at the same address.

 PARC reserves the right to accept any or reject all bids as per PPRA rules.
