NOTICE INVITING TENDER

 

The National Agricultural Research Center (NARC) Islamabad, invites Sealed tenders on item rate basis from reputed firms having three years’ experience in relevant works and duly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 or above, duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and the firm also has no litigation or blacklisted by any Department in Pakistan for the following work at National Agricultural Research Centre, Park Road, Islamabad.

Repair and Maintenance Works of NIGAB Building and Screen Houses at NARC

3% of the Bid Cost in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favour of NARC Islamabad

Two Calendar Months  

The procedure of open competitive bidding is "Single Stage-Single Envelope".

Interested bidders are requested to register themselves on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) https://procure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and submit their tender documents through the EPADS.

The bid security for the bid in the form of Call Deposit/Bank Draft (refundable) drawn in favor of NARC scanned copy of which is required to be uploaded through EPADS and hard copy must be submitted physically along with hard-copy of complete sealed bidding document on the closing date of the tender to office of the Director Work, NARC Park Road, Chakshahzad, Islamabad.

The tender documents must be submitted via EPADS latest by December 30, 2025 till 1100 hrs. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders / bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the office of Director Work, NARC Park Road, Chakshahzad, Islamabad. This advertisement is also available on the PPRA's website at www.ppra.org.pk and on the PARC website at https://www.parc.gov.pk

The PARC reserves the right to accept any or reject all bids as per PPRA Rules.
