Subject: INVITATION OF BIDS FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AEROPONICS GREENHOUSES AND SCREEN HOUSES
The PARC and KOPIA Pakistan Center invite unconditional sealed bids from well reputed and having relevant experience in consultancy under the project “Pakistan-Korea Joint Program on Certified Seed Potato Production System”.
Job Description:
Basic Research design, construction supervision and other services of following works at NARC Islamabad Pakistan.

Terms & Conditions:
i. The eligible contractors/firms/companies are required to submit two separate sealed envelopes i.e. one envelope containing technical information of the contractor clearly marked as Technical Bid while the second envelope containing bid price clearly marked as Financial Bid. However, the oversea’s company may submit them through email (parcko2023@gmail.com) if post delivery is not possible.
ii. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site for any clarification and discussion on tender documents / specifications.
iii. The sealed Technical and Financial Bids (Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure) will be received through registered mail/ courier service by hand and on other source delivery of the said documents as well as documents received after due date and time shall not be entertained.
iv. Last date of submission of bids is 05-07-2023 (12:00 p.m.). The technical bids will be opened on the same date at 2:00 p.m. in the presence of representatives of firms.
v. The "Technical bids" of the firm/contractor company will be evaluated in accordance with the requirements, Technical soundness/ previous experience, design proposals etc.
vi. The Financial bids of only those firms declared qualified by the Technical Committee shall be opened. The financial bids of un-successful bidders wi11 be returned unopened.
vii. Incomplete/disfiguring/over-writing by-hand/delayed bids will be considered non-responsive.
viii. The bidders are at liberty to seek any clarification or further information from the office of the KOPIA Project Coordinator NARC Islamabad or from the office of Sr. Technical Officer. Room No. 09, PARC, Head Office, G-5/1, Islamabad on any working day during office hours.
ix. The PARC and KOPIA Pakistan Center reserve the right to accept/reject any/all tenders/bids.
x. No payment will be made against preparation of design/ drawings or TA/DA involved for participating the Bid.
xi. TOR’s documents shall be issued to the interested contractors/firms/ companies or his/their authorized representatives on submission of written application on official letter pad/mail of the firm from office of the KOPIA Project Coordinator NARC Islamabad.
