Dr. Muhammad Ishaq , Secretary, PARC

An Officer of Administration and Secretariat Cadre of PARC with 24 years of working experience. He joined service in 1999 and has working experience of different Divisions/Directorates of PARC. He has also served in other public sector federal organizations on key positions i.e. Secretary PCSIR, Ministry of Science & Technology, Director (Admn.), FEB&GIF, Establishment Division, Director (HRD), IPO-Pakistan, General Manager (Operation), Utility Stores Cooperation and Director (Admn.), NAVTTC.

Dr. Ishaq did his Ph.D. degree in Economics from Peking University and MS degree in Public Administration from School of Public Policy, Tsinghna University, China. He also holds M.Sc.in Governance & Public Policy and MBA from Pakistan. He also done Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management from NUST in 2006. He has completed 120^th National Management Course (NMC), scheduled from 11^th March, 2024 to 12^th July, 2024 at National School of Public Policy (NSPP), Lahore. He has also taken various professional training courses from Pakistan and abroad.
