Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) is an apex scientific & agricultural research organization having its presence in all provinces of the country. National Agricultural Research Centre (NARC), its largest research center located in the vicinity of Chak Shahzad, Islamabad intends to engage a qualified and competent individual as “Research Fellow” under ALP funded project titled “Development of ATOPlex NGS Library Preparation Kit for Massively Parallel Sequencing of Wheat, Rice and Maize for Genomic and Pre-breeding Applications” (CS-0038) NIGAB, NARC.

Qualification/ experience |
M.Phil / M.Sc (Hons) in the field of Crop Biotechnology / Plant Genomics/Plant Genetics from an HEC-recognized University/Institution (1st Division in final degree and no 3rd division in the academic career). Research experience in Crop Genomics / Pre-breeding will be given preference. |

Rs. 100,000/- per month (fixed & all inclusive) |

Initially for a period of 04 months (extendable) or till the life of the project, whichever is earlier. |

Pakistani Nationals (male/female) who fulfill the required qualification/experience may appear for the walk-in-interview on 15-01-2026 (Thursday) at 09:00 am on above venue/ address along-with duly filled application form (available at PARC website) www.parc.gov.pk with detailed CV, one set of attested academic and experience credentials, copy of CNIC and one passport size photograph. (No candidate will be entertained after 10:30 AM)
- Candidates providing fake or forged documents or attempting to influence the selection process will be disqualified.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
