PARC National Tea & High Value Crops Research Institute, Shinkiari, Mansehra is working under the auspices of Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC), Ministry of National Food Security & Research Islamabad. It has been established in 1986 as National Tea Research Station on 50 acres of land in district Mansehra (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) and upgraded to the level of Institute in 1996. The Institute was re-organized as National Tea & High Value Crops Research Institute (NTHRI) during 2013. NTHRI comprises:
